Accomplished:
- National Registry designation received
- Site Plan with Larimer County
- Non-Profit status approved by the IRS
- Parking lot & entrance pathway
- Restore & Refurbish Milk Barn
- Design & build walk ways and handicap accessible entrances
- Make improvements on main entrance building
- Corral Refurbish & rebuild animal pens
- Sound equipment installed, enhancing leaning experience at 4 locations and entrance of museum
- Historic Structures Assessment Grant received from Colorado state Historical Fund to assess condition of each structure within our historic site
- "Change of Use" completed for museum main entrance, providing safe entrance and use of the building
In Progress Tasks:
- HSA Grant lays ground work for further State Historical Fund grants for museum historic buildings restoration projects
- "Change of Use" underway for 1894 homestead house and the milk barn
Future Tasks:
- Build restrooms
- Restoration of historic buildings
